Attendance Indicator

VT Attendance Indicator is a programme in the VisionTime system which shows who is present at/absent

from work on TV screens and P.Cs.  Therefore, staff names are shown on the wall mounted screen.

If they are in attendance, then the coloured indicator beside their name displays green – if they are out, it displays red.  Groups are shown in distinct colours too, for ready identification.     

The VisionTime software picks this information up from any of the variety of clocking methods which can now be deployed  with the system e.g.:-
PCs incl. Tablet PCs, Time Terminals with Biometrics (Finger, Hand, Face),  Time Terminals with cards (RFID, Mag Stripe, Bar Code), Touch Screens, Mobile Phones, , Access Control readers….

VT Attendance Indicator can be used to show attendance for a variety of needs:

• In reception area to show staff and, where relevant, visitors 
• As a Health and Safety Device  to show who is on the premises now
• In work locations for staff cover purposes
