Because of the way it involves employees and supervisors together, VisionTimeWeb reduces administration time for all for parties involved - Staff, Supervisors as well as for the HR /Pay Function. VisionTimeWeb furthermore forms part of a larger Workforce Management concept – which combine to provide the customer with a seamless solution incorporating as mentioned, Staff Scheduling but also Human Resources Records, Payroll and Access Control.
Each component of this Workforce Management System can then “stand alone” or can be combined with the customer’s own existing solutions. For example, where the customer already has a HR solution in place, such as PeopleSoft or Topaz, then VisionTimeWeb can “plug in” to provide a larger and connected solution. Equally where a Payroll system already exists on the customer site - VisionTimeWeb can work in tandem with it.
Staff Involvement:
VisionTimeWeb allows the customer to decide what level of Staff involvement is possible.
For example, where authorised, Staff can call up their own activity reports via the Intranet and/or Internet. Staff can also submit their own updates or corrections to time records “electronically” at their own PCs with electronic approval coming from the supervisor[s] or indeed any nominated person provided with the authority.
