MultiTime now offer a Digital I.D. Photographing Service which produces cost effective and high quality photo I.D.'s.
The digitised image captured on camera is stored on the P.C. and then transferred onto a Plastic Card to produce a permanent I.D. Card. Information such as your Organisation Name and Logo with Employee Name can also be scanned onto the card. Replacement Cards can be provided at a click of a mouse. As a by product of all this, it is possible to save the Photo I.D. to our Time Recording and Access Control Software. This means that you can then call up a persons name in the Personnel Screen and see what they look like.
