VT Mobile software allows Staff to clock in and out of VisionTimeWeb using a Mobile Phone.

 With VT Mobile the user just accesses the VisionTimeWeb clocking page on his/her Mobile Phone and chooses to clock in or out. The action is transferred immediately in real time to the VisionTimeWeb server.

This allows those in HQ to see if the employee is at work - even though not on the premises. VT Mobile is ideal for fieldworkers, sales staff, mobile workers and generally any staff on the move.

With the VisionTimeWeb system all methods of Clocking in and out are interactive. So let's take Joe Clocker. He could clock in at morning at a Time Terminal, then clock out at lunch time at a PC, then clock back in after lunch at a Touch Screen, and when going home at the end of the day could use an access control temrinal to record an out clocking.  The next day, Joe, doesn't need to go to base, so he uses his moblie phone to clock in to work - and so on.
