Time Terminals - Mobiles

VT Mobile software allows Staff to clock in and out of VisionTimeb using a Mobile Phone e.g. iPhone, Samsumg Galaxy, BlackBerry etc.

 With VT Mobile the user just accesses the VisionTime clocking page on his/her Mobile Phone and chooses to clock in or out. The action is transferred immediately in real time to the VisionTime server.

This allows those in HQ to see if the employee is at work - even though not on the premises. VT Mobile is ideal for fieldworkers, sales staff, mobile workers and generally any staff on the move.

With the VisionTime system all methods of Clocking in and out are interactive with each other . So let's take Joe Clocker. He could clock in at morning at a physical wall mounted Time Terminal, then clock out at lunch time at a PC, then clock back in after lunch at a Touch Screen, and when going home at the end of the day could use an access control temrinal to record an "out" clocking.  The next day, Joe, doesn't need to go to base, so he uses his moblie phone to clock in to work - and so on.
